About

I am a wife, mother, school psychologist, thinker, travelor and long term cancer patient. This is my story, 13 years after my initial diagnosis of breast cancer,  and the occasion of its grim return to my life. And so it begins….March 11, 2015.

  1. Barb,
I saw your brave article in the Easton Journal. Is there a way that Dave and I can donate money to your fund-raiser, albeit belatedly? We had my brother visiting from Viet Nam, and could not make it on Saturday. Looking forward to seeing you this Saturday at the “Brewseum”. Any chance you and Tim want to do dinner afterwards? Stay strong!
    Love,
    Caroline

      It was a great day!
I think the brewseum is a week from Saturday? We are going with Beals but I am sure dinner after will be necessary!

  3. Hi Barb,

I’m so glad I found your site – you are an inspiration! I am also living with metastatic breast cancer and could be considered an exceptional responder too. I live in Raynham MA right down the road from you. I’d love to connect sometime. My email is maureenunderhill100@gmail.com.

  4. Hello Barb,

I have metastatic breast cancer, with two different receptors. Triple negative and ER/PR positive. Was wondering if you could point me to to more articles and research on this. Treatment, what it means, personal stories, etc. I am finding very little, and doctors don’t seem to know much about it either.

    Thanks,

    Pam
